We traveled to the Smoky Mountains for a long weekend with friends, to shop for some bargains and to watch AU play Tennessee in Knoxville. The leaves weren't changing yet and the weather wasn't very cold but we enjoyed the fellowship, food and great deals at the outlet mall and the Christmas Store!
We stayed in a cabin at Oak Haven Resort in Sevierville, TN. It was so nice-they had it decorated all over the place with scarecrows, pumpkins, bows and bales of hay.
Friday morning the guys fixed breakfast for everyone. Then they went to play golf while we went to the Outlet Stores!
Everyone enjoying breakfast in the beautiful kitchen/dining area. Also on this floor was the den, a half bath and a bedroom with a bath.
Next is the room we stayed in on the frist floor. In all this cabin (?) had 6 bedrooms, 6 1/2 baths and 3 sleeper couches. Lots of room for multi family vacations! The Cody's had their family reunion here 2 summers ago, which is how we heard about it. I would highly recommend this resort. Big plus to me: they replenished the towels every day!!!
We went to the Apple Barn for breakfast on Saturday morning and it was wonderful!!! YUM YUM! While we waited on our table, we spent time taking photos of everyone in the fall decorations that were all around the building and shopping in their Christmas Store.

The guys posing in a cute setting.
Watching the Tigers win on the road was fun too. I can't say the stadium was comfortable - we were packed in on our row like sardines. I stood most of the game so there was a little more room, but not much. But it was well worth it! the first photo is after we watched the team go into the stadium. TN wouldn't let us have Tiger Walk, so all the fans just gathered around the buses and cheered them as they walked from the buses to the stadium (sounded like a Tiger Walk to us!!!)

We were all glad to get back to the cabin and sleep after pulling those Tigers through that win!!
Here we are all gathered on Sunday for a few pictures before we all hit the road!
