Surprise!

Boy I sure was surprised by Jimmy this Christmas - he got me what I wanted! A Brother PE750 embroidery machine. I have been practicing and making all kinds of mistakes but I am so excited. Margie got a machine last summer and she hasn't done too many things yet but has successfully completed items for presents, etc. Me, I've done nothing worthy for gift giving. But I'm learning and soon I'll be able to do cute stuff for Harlie, Isabella and Talya (& maybe me too)! I've bought some designs: This- And this-

and a whole lot more.

But here is an example of one of my attempts:

I ran out of room in the hoop - in other words, my design was bigger than my hoop. Gotta pay attention to that stuff!!! (This was supposed to be P C A.)

Hopefully I'll get the hang of this soon and can do something that will be worthy of the recipient -I think I can fix the above - for Pam to be on a pillowcase. I'll keep ya posted!
